Water Alert - Cumborah Village

Walgett Shire Council wishes to inform residents and visitors of Cumborah Village about the presence of E-Coli in the water supply. The water is non-potable and therefore unsuitable for drinking, however, Council emphasises that it should not be consumed by humans or animals at anytime. 

To address the issue, the Council will be treating the water with chlorine. This measure will be ongoing to prevent any future occurrences of E-Coli contamination.
