Walgett Showground closed for Camping

Due to private bookings and the upcoming Walgett Show, Walgett Shire Council has deemed it necessary to close camping at the Walgett Showground to the general public.

It will reopen for campers on the 1st April 2025.

Alex Trevallion Park  (free camp) is available for unpowered sites and Muddy Waters Farmstay has limited powered sites and you can book online here.
