Tourism Staff Visit Australian Opal Centre

A few of the Shire Tourism staff from  Lightning Ridge and Walgett recently had the opportunity to tour the AOC building, currently under construction. Michelle, the Museum Director/CEO, was present to answer any questions and provide insights about the project. Declan from BARPA Construction Services also gave a detailed explanation of the technical aspects of the build, offering valuable knowledge on the construction process. It was a fantastic learning experience for the team, giving them a deeper understanding of the exciting developments taking place.
