SALE OF LAND FOR UNPAID RATES-SCTION 713 Local Government Act 1993

NOTICE is hereby given that Council will sell the below properties under Section 713 for unpaid rates at the Multi Purpose Centre, Kaolin St Lightning Ridge on Saturday 2nd September 2023 by way of a public auction at 10am.

If all rates and charges payable (including any accrued extra charge) are not paid or an arrangement satisfactory to Council is not entered into by the rateable person before the time fixed for the sale, Council will proceed with the sale.
